顺酐,也称为马来酸酐或失水苹果酸酐,是一种具有强烈刺激气味的白色晶体。它的化学式为C4H2O3。顺酐可以溶于乙醇、乙醚和丙酮,但在石油醚和四氯化碳中难溶。它与热水反应形成马来酸。此外,顺酐还应用于多个领域,包括但不限于生产不饱和聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、农药、涂料、润滑剂添加剂、造纸化学品、纺织品整理剂、食品添加剂以及表面活性剂等。

Maleic anhydride, also known as maleic anhydride or dehydrated malic anhydride, is a white crystal with a strong pungent odor. Its chemical formula is C4H2O3. Maleic anhydride can be soluble in ethanol, ether, and acetone, but it is difficult to dissolve in petroleum ether and carbon tetrachloride. It reacts with hot water to form maleic acid. In addition, maleic anhydride is also applied in multiple fields, including but not limited to the production of unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins, pesticides, coatings, lubricant additives, papermaking chemicals, textile finishing agents, food additives, and surfactants.

顺酐结晶点的测试所需仪器如下:

The required instruments for testing the crystallization point of maleic anhydride are as follows:

1. 全自动结晶点测定仪SH406。

1. Fully automatic crystallization point tester SH406.

2. 结晶点专用试管。

2. Crystal point dedicated test tube.

实验步骤如下:

The experimental steps are as follows:

①把样品如试管后,点击触摸屏对样品进行升温加热。

① After turning the sample into a test tube, click on the touch screen to heat up the sample.

②液体试样量到结晶点试管的刻度线处。

② Measure the liquid sample to the mark on the crystallization point test tube.

③把传感器插入对应的仪器插口处。

③ Insert the sensor into the corresponding instrument socket.

④把传感器套装插入试管内,将试管放入仪器中。

④ Insert the sensor kit into the test tube and place the test tube into the instrument.

⑤点击触摸屏,进入“参数设置”,设置:“预期结晶点”“试样编号”,设置完成后返回主界面。

⑤ Click on the touch screen to enter "Parameter Settings", set "Expected Crystallization Point" and "Sample Number". After setting, return to the main interface.

⑥在“主界面”,点击“开始”进行实验。

⑥ In the main interface, click "Start" to conduct the experiment.

⑦实验完成后,自动出结果,自动打印,数据可通过U盘导出。

⑦ After the experiment is completed, the results will be automatically generated, printed, and the data can be exported through a USB drive.
